In this beautiful guided meditation, Hillary invited those on our Thursday Warrior Circle call to experience our deep connection with all of life. As chiropractors, this awareness of interconnectedness can profoundly impact how we approach our work and our patients.
Imagine bringing this sense of “inter-being” into your practice. How might it change the way you see your patients? Instead of isolated individuals with specific ailments, you might perceive them as integral parts of a vast, interconnected web of life. This shift in perspective can open up new possibilities for healing and transformation.
Today’s challenge: Before your first patient, take a minute to connect with all life, just as Hillary guides in the video. Feel your breath connecting you to the world around you. Then, carry this awareness into your interactions throughout the day. Notice how it influences your touch, your words, and your overall presence.

Challenge yourself to consciously connect with your heart’s wisdom
In a w
orld of complex diagnoses, treatment plans, labels and conditions, remember this profound truth: our heart’s wisdom is always clear and trustworthy.
Think about a time when you followed your heart’s guidance in your practice. Perhaps you had a hunch about a patient’s condition that turned out to be accurate, or you felt compelled to say something that deeply resonated with a client. These moments of heart-led intuition can be powerful catalysts for healing.
Today, challenge yourself to consciously connect with your heart’s wisdom. Before each patient interaction, take a moment to center yourself and ask your heart, “What does this person truly need?” Be open to the insights that arise, even if they’re not what you initially expected.

A Vision of you breaking through a limitation
Coaching tip from Dr. Stew! Think about an area in your practice where you feel stuck or limited. Now, imagine breaking through that limitation. See yourself thriving beyond it. What does that look like? How does it feel?
Today’s challenge: Identify one self-imposed limitation in your practice. Write it down. Now, write down its opposite – a vision of you breaking through that limitation. What’s the first step you can take towards that vision?
