I believe that every single thing you and I are looking for in chiropractic and in life boils down to how we show up in that one moment of interaction with the person on the table (on the phone, in front of us, etc).

So, before every single adjustment, I did a ritual that allowed me to empty myself of my personal dramas and attachments, of any doubts or fears I might have been carrying around, and of any thots about the past or future. The only things I wanted to bring into that moment and interaction were certainty, presence and love. I call them, “The Big 3.”

I believe that certainty, presence and love are also wonderful to bring into ANY moment or interaction in our lives. They allow us to meet each moment fully and as a friend. The good news is they are all very much related, they all feed each other, and they all represent our normal and natural state…because they are all functions of the heart.
