In meditation, we breathe into a feeling of oneness and healing. We give this feeling to ourselves and then breathe it out to others.

We’ve found, however, that when we are breathing into our heartspace, we don’t have to breathe it out to others.

We don’t have to send the feeling to others. The others are right there with us in the space.

This is what Rumi is talking about in this famous poem.

Oneness is in the space. Love is in the space.

We don’t apply chiropractic based on the presence or absence of symptoms and the CHIROPRACTOR isn’t the one doing the healing.

The power for healing isn’t in the adjustment – it’s in the innate intelligence of the person being adjusted.

Therefore, it isn’t the job or the responsibility of the chiropractor to assume credit or blame.

I’ve got all my resentments and guilt from the past.

I got all my worries and my doubts about the future.

I got all the schmutz that I’m holding on about myself and others and the world.

It’s all in our heads.

Let’s check on that lease policy and move into our hearts.
