Begin by thinking of the people and personalities you look up to. What is it that you admire about them?<\/p>\n

♥ Generosity<\/p>\n

♥ Courage<\/p>\n

♥ Perseverance<\/p>\n

♥ Joy<\/p>\n

Begin a list and write a card of the top 5 most precious to you. This is a first step in creating a roadmap, a trail of breadcrumbs, back to your heart and your truest expression of self.<\/p>\n
