So, before every single adjustment, I did a ritual that allowed me to empty myself of my personal dramas and attachments, of any doubts or fears I might have been carrying around, and of any thots about the past or future. The only things I wanted to bring into that moment and interaction were certainty, presence and love. I call them, \u201cThe Big 3.\u201d<\/p>\n

I believe that certainty, presence and love are also wonderful to bring into ANY moment or interaction in our lives. They allow us to meet each moment fully and as a friend. The good news is they are all very much related, they all feed each other, and they all represent our normal and natural state\u2026because they are all functions of the heart.<\/p>\n
