We give this feeling to ourselves and then breathe it out to others.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve found, however, that when we are breathing into our heartspace, we don&#8217;t have to breathe it out to others.<\/p>\n<p>We don&#8217;t have to send the feeling to others. The others are right there with us in the space.<\/p>\n<p>This is what Rumi is talking about in this famous poem.<\/p>\n<p>Oneness is in the space. Love is in the space.<\/p>\n<p>If you would love to join us physically (as well as metaphysically!), join our weekly Zoom gathering, &#8220;The Warrior Circle&#8221;, which we host every Thursday.
